We are working on opening a Internet Centre in Jinja/Uganda. The last few months have been critical for planning and installations. after searching for a available rooms on main street, we got lucky with the newly built Arcade near Bashara supermarket. Still under construction but it really looks as the perfect place. Its outside of the budget, but the location could compensate for the high price.
The plans are to start with a Internet Centre with 15 Computers and grow to at least 30 Computers. The first layout i have in mind will be able to have at least 20 comfortable seats.
